Using BIAS

You must read the Software Installation Guide that came packaged with the GNX4 before

connecting it to your Mac

’s USB port and using BIAS Deck SE.

Configuring the Audio Settings for BIAS Deck SE

Once you have installed BIAS Deck SE and launched the program,you will have to configure the Audio

Settings to recognize the GNX4 as the hardware you want to use. To configure BIAS Deck SE’s Audio

Settings for use with the GNX4 follow the steps outlined below:

1. With the GNX4 connected to your Mac,start the BIAS Deck SE application.

2. Go to Options and select Hardware Configuration.

3. Select Core Audio for the audio card and click OK.

4. Next go to Options and select Hardware Options.

5. Select DigiTech Mac USB for both the input and output and click OK.

You are now ready to begin recording with BIAS Deck SE.
